Hello Spiceology, I recently ordered tarragon, which arrived quickly and in good condition. However, there isn't much in the way of aroma or flavor. Is this a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence?

Spiceology provided me with thyme and sage, both of which were excellent. I'd exchange it for a different one and see how the new one works out.

The quality is excellent

Potency/aroma are also important factors to consider. I work for a small business in my neighborhood. Although there is a better tarragon in a spice and garden shop, this is the best I've found on Amazon, and it far outperforms supermarket tarragon.
