The nuts aren't in there, so it's excellent

Tahini without nuts is the only brand we have found. The sesame oil is a bit thinner than others, but it's still pure. The hummus we made for our daughter who has nut allergies is delicious again since tahini is added to it.

One of the best light roasted tahinis I've come across

All of them have been tried by me. Almost every type of tahini that Amazon sells, as well as some that they don't. The stuff I'm talking about is awesome. There are four pounds of it, and it is lighter, not roasted, and thinner than peanut butter, not thick like it. Not a single bitterness in the heart. Embraces baking, makes hummus and baba ganoush, and makes tahini sauce and baba ganoush from scratch. The best part is that it is from a local Boston company.
