I made a knock-off version of it My recipe was based off of Tony Roma's Kickin' Shrimp and these seeds were part of the recipe. I have never bought black sesame seeds before and bought these via Thanks to them, I was able to copy my shrimp recipe to the last detail and they turned out great.
When I fry salmon, I use it to heat oil. Combine garlic powder, ground cumin, black sesame seeds and black sesame seeds in the hot oil and fry them until golden brown, then put in the salmon skin side up to coat with the mixture. When I flip the salmon to cook the other side, I help remove the skin, however I do not like it.
The paper is so dry and fast that I can't believe it is so old. No one to talk to when I want to return since I won't be using it. Spending money in vain.
