Selected User Reviews For Bohnenkraut (Savory)
When compared to the last time I bought this, it tasted completely different. br>I use it for my German Gruene bohnen suppe, and it was disappointing; either this is a different bohnenkraut than last time, or it's old and stale. br>I'm not going to buy anything else.
br>The flavor of this savory is much more intense in both smell and taste, and it's harder to come by in the winter variety, which is also a little more expensive than the regular summer variety. Because you don't need as much, it's thought to be well worth the money. I'm glad I came across it again.
I'm overjoyed that this product is now available in the United States. br>Savory is supposed to taste like Bohnenkraut, but I don't believe it does.
I'm not sure why I expected a bigger package, but it was actually quite small. While the product is excellent, I will continue to shop around for a better deal.
Amy's mother is from Germany, and she makes green beans with it every time. I love it.
I got exactly what I wanted, but I think the price is a little high for the quantity.
Wife, who is from Germany, was unable to locate this information. She thinks I'm a hero, and she enjoys the flavor.
This was fantastic, on time, and exactly what I was looking for. Excellent work.
