Thanks for the package. I got it well. I like it, it has a good taste. Two nights in a row I tried to get better sleep at bedtime, but there was no difference. My bad insomnia is mainly caused by pain from autoimmune diseases i have. Unfortunately, the government interfering with pain management makes it extremely difficult for patients with severe legitimately painful diseases to obtain the treatment they need or even to be treated in a humane manner.

There is a molasses taste to it, but it is tasty I find that it works well for my chronic pain caused by lupus, fibromyalgia, restless leg, anxiety and sleep problems

The pain I alleviate for my foster kitties that are sick or injured can be relieved through this. Having two kitties with cancer makes them feel like they're part of the group instead of being isolated. Also, it is part of the protocol I follow for my arthritis cats.

Immediately relaxes you and does not make you drowsy. Prescribed anxiety medications don't make me feel as relaxed as this one does. Alternatively, you can take it directly from the dropper if you want to dilute it with a liquid. There isn't too much earthiness in it, and you can taste the sweetness of honey in it as well.
