Questions & Answers

Is the garlic grown in the United States or in China?

Product of China is stated on the back of the bottle in small print. The bottle label clearly states that Kirkland granulated garlic is a product of California, USA. Because it was from China, I threw out my unopened bottle of McCormick granulated garlic and ordered the Kirkland.

Is this irritated in any way?

Hello. No, none of McCormick's consumer goods are irradiated. ~Tina

Is there a date on which it will no longer be valid? When it comes to freshness and shelf life, how long does it last? stable?

There is no time limit on this offer. I'm not kidding when I say that it stays for years. Costco was always where I got my granulated onion and garlic; The onion, on the other hand, is no longer available. I believe the most recent bottle I purchased was between 21 and 3 years old. I hope this has been of assistance.

Is there any msg in this? I just want to double-check everything. thanks?

No MSG. It's 100%onion; it's 100%onion; it's 100%onion; it's it's granulated

Powder made in China
3/5

I'm disappointed that this well-known brand is manufactured in China, where there are no regulations and no assurance that the facts stated are accurate. We had been using this product and were concerned that it added little to no garlic flavor to the food. br>br>We had been using this product and were concerned that it added little to no garlic flavor to the food. After doing some research, I discovered a product made in the United States that tastes exactly like real garlic. We've made the switch. br>br>Even though it's a brand name, I'm not convinced it's organic or even garlic.

This product contains only ONE ingredient! Yes, there is only ONE simple ingredient: garlic, garlic, and more garlic! It's also the best way to use granulated garlic rather than fresh garlic
5/5

Not powdered, chopped, or stored in citric acid, but granulated, which is the most convenient to use and, aside from fresh, holds flavor better than anything else. br>br>It can be used in soups, stews, chowders, and stir-fries, among other things. Fries, curries, meat loafs, burger patties, and more can all benefit from it, or you can just sprinkle it on your meat. It's great in fried sauces, tartar sauces, mustard sauces, pizza sauces, and just about any other savory sauce you can think of. Even garlic toast can be made with it. br>br>On top of that, this is a fantastic deal! Even the store where I usually buy bulk seasonings charges half as much for granulated garlic as this one does.

This is a fantastic offer
5/5

Eureka! Onion powder can be extremely difficult to come by. I find minced onion, garlic powder, garlic salt, and occasionally onion salt to be relatively easy to come by, but onion powder, especially in large quantities, appears to be difficult to come by for some reason. I say some reason because I use onion powder on almost everything, so it should be all over the place in my opinion. I'm not a huge fan of salt and pepper, so I use a variety of seasonings, but even when I do, I like to keep things simple. My first choice is salt, pepper, and onion, despite the fact that it appears that most people prefer salt, pepper, and garlic. I find that onions are easier to color, have a good umami flavor, and extract the natural sweetness in certain foods, whereas garlic burns faster than it browns and becomes acrid. However, most people's old habits die hard, particularly when onion powder is scarce. But if you go to the grocery store and get McCormick, it's like $6 for a tiny container that lasts no time. I'm grateful for a great deal and the same fresh, reputable brand online. I go through a lot of it.

Ribo Rash is a term used to describe a type of ribo I reacted to this product as if I'd been given a large dose of Ribonucleic Acid
3/5

Riboneucleic Acid, which can be found in Fritos and Doritos, causes itching and a rash on my back. br>br>However, because it is not on the label, I don't know what to tell you and had to discard the product. br>In addition, this product has no onion flavor at all.

It's a lot easier to combine than garlic powder
5/5

In our kitchen cabinet, this is a common spice. Rather than using store-bought salad dressings, we've switched to homemade dressings. We use olive oil, salt, vinegar, and this granulated garlic (topped with cracked black peppercorns) instead of store-bought dressings. Because of the texture, it's easier to hand mix this in without clumps (unlike garlic powder). This granulated garlic will give your salads or barbecued vegetables the flavor you're looking for if you hand-mix your oil and spices.

Excellent value for money! This is the place to go if you need a lot of garlic powder
5/5

I buy a 26-ounce bag of McCormick Granulated Garlic. We use this bottle to make the dry rub for our large barbecues, which can involve 3 dozen or more pork butts at a time. Not only is this a fantastic deal when compared to store prices, but it's also true granules rather than fine, dusty powder. For all of my cooking, I prefer coarsely granulated garlic and onion to powder because the flavor is superior and it lasts longer.

Fruit balls straight from the heavens The flavor is identical to that of fresh garlic
5/5

This flavor tastes as if they gathered a large amount of garlic, dried it, then chopped it finely and poured it into the container to sell as real garlic. But I'm pretty sure it's genuine garlic. Both have the same flavor. It has to be that way. I'm not aware of any kind of substitution! This is the real deal, straight from Mother Nature, in my opinion. Whoever came up with the idea for this entire process is a genius. Even the people who picked the tiny grains for this bottle must have been exhausted from bending over to pick up each piece and have excellent vision. Either they're very short and have good eyesight, or they're both. In any case, ants must have pushed the grains to the surface, as it resembles an ant pile, and the grains may have been sun tanned. Don't get me started on tomatoes, those little fruit balls of heaven sent from God the Father. That's a thought to ponder! THE FATHER, THE FATHER, THE FATHER, THE FATHER, THE FATHER.

So I was overjoyed to discover it here
5/5

This product has an odd quality to it; it's not powdered garlic and it's not fresh garlic. It has a toasted aroma and flavor, making it a classic garlic variety. It isn't available in my area, so I was delighted to discover it here. When I've run out of this, I've used other types of garlic. and the result isn't the same at all! On my spice shelf, it's a must-have.
