It's great on everything from meat to vegetables to souls, and it's great on everything from meat to vegetables to souls. When I was younger, my mother had teeny bottles of this, and it's fantastic on everything from meat to vegetables to souls; it has a strong garlic pepper blend, but the addition of bell pepper and parsley rounds out the flavor. A smidgeon of brown sugar balances out the sweetness and promotes caramelization. The first time Fiancee tried it on burgers, she was blown away! br>This can be hard to come by in stores across the country, but thank goodness Amazon sells the industrial size! br>I am a happy client.
McCormick is one of my favorite chefs. If at all possible, I avoid using McCormick seasonings. While searching on Amazon for something else, I came across this Garlic Pepper. This was the first time I'd ever seen it! This McCormick option is not available in my neighborhood. Pepper is one of my favorite spices. Garlic is one of my favorite foods. As a result, I made the decision to give it a shot right away. Whatever the situation, there's always a delicious flavor! I've used it to make fried foods, baked foods, and even a crock pot pork roast. I also like that it comes in a large bottle because I'm sure a smaller version would not last long in my house!.
No need to look any further! Tone's Garlic Pepper has been one of my go-to seasonings for years because it adds flavor without being overpowering. When CostCo stopped carrying the Tone's brand, I looked for alternatives and discovered that it was being sold under the Durkee brand, so I started buying that, even though it was a little more expensive. Recently, the Durkee Garlic Pepper became quite expensive and harder to locate, so I was living without Garlic Pepper - Oh, how I pity myself! I tried other brands, but they were all too salty for me, so I found the McCormick brand and gave it a try, and I've been very happy with it. While it has a slightly different flavor than the Tone's/Durkee version, it is still a tasty complement that isn't overly salty. This is the Garlic Pepper to use if you want to add flavor to your food.
This is a great mix. I used to get the California style garlic at my local Sam's Club for years. But I stopped paying for it there a long time ago and now pay for it here. Sam's never had the garlic and pepper blend; they only had the California garlic, which was darker in appearance and tasted stronger and fresher to me. I tried this Cali garlic and pepper blend when I first saw it and haven't looked back. I'm such a garlic aficionado that I use real garlic or garlic powder in place of any pepper called for in my recipes. Because I enjoy it so much, I rarely use regular pepper. This is also available in a non-Cali blend from McCormick, which is good but not quite as strong or flavorful as this. It's hard to come by in stores, but it's available on Amazon, where it's fresh and at a reasonable price. It's what I use for all of my cooking and would highly recommend.
This is a review of the "White and Green Onion Powder with Parsley" variety of onion powder. This onion powder has a great flavor, and I prefer it to the plain onion powders I've used in the past because the green onions and parsley add a richer, more complex flavor. This powder is great for marinades and dry rubs, and it's improved a lot of the chicken and fish dishes I make on a regular basis. It can also be used in a dip, but you'll need to add salt and other ingredients to compensate for the lack of salt in this powder. This is a useful item to have in the kitchen, and I intend to buy more once the bottle is finished.
I ran out of Tone's Garlic Pepper seasoning a long time ago and was unable to locate it. I once came across McCormick's Garlic Pepper in small containers at a Sam's Club, but I couldn't locate it again. br>The 22oz is one of my favorites. I found some containers on Amazon that save me time and money. They arrived in two days thanks to my Prime membership (no need to drive to the store and no disappointment from not being able to find them). br>We use Garlic Pepper on almost all of the meat and fish we cook, so it's a "must have" in my spice and seasoning cabinet. I also like to put it on cottage cheese; give it a try; you might enjoy it. Garlic Pepper is a favorite among the family. While I cannot confirm this, I was recently informed that Tone's Garlic Pepper has changed its name to Durkee's Garlic Pepper, which is also available on Amazon.

Thank you, Les Blank, for proving that garlic is as good as a mother. This is finely granulated garlic, rather than powdered garlic, which appears to be more common in American kitchens. The McCormick California Style Garlic Powder With Parsley Coarse Grind Blend, which is made with a small amount of dried parsley and oil, is a fantastic product that can be sprinkled into scrambled eggs in the skillet or blended into softened butter for easy peasy garlic bread. The addition of parmesan cheese elevates it even further. Color can be added with paprika, more parsley, and other ingredients. Fill a small bottle with some, then add herbs and/or spices to make your own blend. The 24- The ounce size is a good starting point for both home and commercial kitchens, and since it's available here, I'd recommend it.
This is a review for a container of "Onion Powder, White and Green Onions with Parsley," which is mixed in with the other reviews. br>br>I am a big fan of onion powder and go through a lot of it. Even if the onion is strong and pungent, I still prefer it alone. This has a lighter onion flavor, and it tastes fresh. I can see how it could be used in a variety of dishes. I envision it being used near the end of the cooking process or at the dining table alongside salt and pepper. I'll have to experiment with it more to see if it becomes a regular order.
