It's a yes! There is no gluten present in this product. No problems have ever been encountered with my system. I am well aware of its benefits since I am celiac.

I've ordered this twice in hope the first purchase Nevertheless, on BOTH occasions that I ordered ginger, I received jars that were brown and dried out. bought this brand in stores many times and I have liked it, but I seem to be having problems with Amazon distribution of the product. The quality of what I received was horrible but I think it is related to how the product is stored rather than the actual brand itself.
The addition of sugar to this product is not apparent to me for some reason. What is the reason behind food producers making this kind of decision? It would be helpful to find a convenient and sugar free source of minced ginger. There's nothing else to it! This is something I will end up using although I wish I had paid more attention to it.
The glass jars were not well packed. Using this minced ginger on a regular basis is an absolute delight to me. In spite of arriving on time, the product was very poorly packaged to avoid damage. The bottom of one of the jars was shattered when it arrived. Several thin bubble bags were used to wrap the two jars. Neither of the jars was separated by bubble wrap and neither of the jars were secured with "popcorn" or any additional bubble wrap to keep them from falling out of These are pictures of a bag that had not been opened, and another of a bag with liquid in the bottom and a jar that was broken.
