Ground ginger root (Zingiber officinale) is the only ingredient. There aren't any genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in this product There is no ETO (which the EPA considers to be carcinogenic). Irradiated is not an option. QAI has given its seal of approval to this product. The KSA has certified this product to be kosher.

Frontier Natural Products Co-op, according to the label, distributes it. Norway, Iowa (NOT Norway, the country) was the location of the op. br>br>The seller should be able to tell you where it is grown. Peru is mentioned in some answers, but I can't find any proof of that.

Is it possible to eat this without cooking it?

It's ginger that has been "ground." Raw isn't clear to me. Because ginger is one of my favorite flavors. I've taken it straight from the bottle and put it in my tea.

Sharp and incisive; The ginger that comes closest to fresh ginger

Our family prefers dried, powdered herbs for their convenience, but when it comes to ginger, we prefer fresh ginger. which we employ in large quantities - The potency of newly-discovered substances is discovered. Once ground, fresh ginger root is powdered, it's extremely difficult to evoke. br>br>At least to our taste buds, this Simply Organic product comes the closest to retaining the sharp, snappy pungency of fresh ginger. The fact that it's organic is a plus, but it's not a deciding factor in how good it tastes. br>br> This is a top-of-the-line powdered herb, and it's a great deal at this price. Organic and made by a reputable company, this product is superior to the majority

I took away a star because they don't specify where the information comes from. A company based in the United States of America distributes the product. The "use by" date has been set for 2020. I bought it for use in the kitchen, but I really wanted to use it as a healing natural product that could help with a variety of physical ailments, including arthritis. Before brewing, I sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over the coffee grounds. If you like ginger, this is a nice flavor to try. It can be used to make a healthy tea with honey and warm water. It's available as an "add-on" for under $4 with a prime order of $25 or more on Amazon. Grocery store prices are higher. This product comes highly recommended by me.

The ginger flavor is incredible! This seasoning isn't fake in the least. I've been using it for a long time and am happy to report that nothing has changed! I love how fresh and true to taste it is! When I don't have access to fresh ginger, this is a great substitute.

For stomach issues, I combine it with tea and apple cider vinegar to help with bloating and nausea. Ginger has a plethora of health benefits. It has a lot of potency. This is a fantastic size. Large glass container with a pouring spout on one side and a sprinkler on the other.
