I would appreciate it if you continued to carry this. The product wasn't available at my local supermarket (although they have carried it in the past) so I was very glad to find it on Amazon, and in a larger bottle as well. As a marinade for tuna, and as a stir fry sauce, I use it. My favorite part of ginger is how good it is for you (anti-inflammatory). There are even drinks I have made out of ginger, lemon, turmeric, and My favorite type of chopping is chopping vegetables, and I do that a lot when making soups, stir-fry, and salads. However, whenever I can get my hands on useful products like this one, I do so. Even though I love chopped garlic (don't get me wrong, I love raw garlic too). There is a good chance that Amazon will continue to offer this product.
