We would appreciate it if you kept this on hand! As I could not find this at my supermarket (the store carried it in the past), I was delighted when I found it on Amazon, and a larger bottle as well. As a stir fry flavoring and as a marinade for tuna, I use it. It is great for your health (anti-inflammatory) that I love ginger.
