This product made small chewy balls which would not dissolve when thrown into water, hot or cold. I have used it before, but this time when it goes into water, it forms small balls which do not dissolve, It must be strained before it can be consumed. When I eat ginger, I don't taste it the way I usually do.

The reason I bought this is that I thought it was a true powder. However, as you can see from the photos, there are a lot of flakes in it. I stirred it for 90 seconds and it still had lots of flakes in it. Ginger powder is something I've used a lot since I used to be a cook. The flavor of this one was much more bitter than expected. My family was extremely dissatisfied with all the flakes, I guess it was a waste of money, I'll go with.

Even if it is of good quality, the powder does not dissolve in water, it sits there. We are left with mud or sandy water at the end. That is not something I can drink. Sorry to hear that.

There is nothing good about it. It smells horrible and tastes awful too. There was no taste of ginger My trash can holds the entire bag, so I threw it in there as well. This is not a quality product. Don't waste your money. Some reviews state that this is a quality product. It isn't. I lost the right to a refund from the seller, but Amazon gave me a refund. Purchase does not make any sense! Having been warned, you should know better.
