Garlic is loved by the majority of people who like it. The thrill of discovering new ways to add garlic flavor to simple foods is always a delight. The first bag of fried garlic I purchased was to experiment with a recipe for Asian Garlic Noodles that sounded too good to not Since I couldn't find fried garlic in my local Asian food store, I browsed the internet and ordered it. It is delicious. You just deep fry chopped garlic and eat it. It has a crunchy texture and a nuttiness from being fried. Sprinkle it on virtually anything and you won't regret it.
It's in a shaker with a large hole and I put it on the table with the salt and pepper The last few times I have used it with panko breadcrumbs to bread chicken & shrimp Baking it is the best method. As a bonus, it retained its crispy texture and added an incredible flavor.
My purchase turned out to be a wise one. I transfer the contents of the bag to a large Mason jar to spoon out what I need. It comes in a sealed bag and I transfer it to it so I can serve it as a crunchy topping on salads and as a creamy garlic texture on soups. If I had to buy it again, I would.
With that much garlic in my meals, I am able to have it all. It is also very flavorful and since there is so much, I can keep some in my freezer and use just enough whenever necessary. There is no need to wait for it to work.

Appear to be exactly what its claims are An even golden brown color comes from frying pure garlic cloves to a crisp. This would be a recommendation. The addition of garlic to your favorite dish provides an excellent flavor and texture. There are many dishes in Thai cuisine which are incomplete without sauteed garlic and shallots (as well as the oil they are fried in).
