Because I didn't read the processing information, it was my fault. It's entirely my fault for failing to conduct adequate research. 365, Badia, and a slew of other names are among the brands available. China is the source of all garlic granules. I've avoided purchasing food from China or any other country with lax food inspection laws for the past 40 years.
Pay attention to the 'fine print' on the label!.
It's from China, and there's no information about the ingredients or the percentages of constituents.
China's product is processed in the United States. This is not a natural product. Why would you buy it if it isn't what you were looking for? I can't stand the reviews. If the fact that this garlic is from China makes you sick to your stomach, read the description and look at the product photos. It's almost comical how clearly it's shown. "What are the ingredients?" is the second question. Garlic. Garlic that has been granulated. Folks, this is a one-ingredient dish. Guess what, unless garlic is specifically labeled as being from China, you can bet it's from there. br>br>Because we use a lot of garlic, 24 ounces is a good size to have on hand; we'll probably do a subscribe and save order. We've tried a variety of Happy Belly seasonings and assumed that the garlic would be just as tasty and fresh as we've come to expect from Amazon's Happy Belly brand. Our expectations were met with this large tub of garlic. br>br>The flavor of this garlic granules is strong. It's just a speck of sand. I wouldn't have known it was granular rather than powder, but it does have a slightly different texture when spooned out. Everything works out fine. When mixed with other ingredients, it dissolves completely, but when sprinkled on top of something, it remains slightly granular. In every way, you are exceptional. Garlic, garlic, garlic, garlic, garlic, garlic, garlic, garlic, garlic,.
Garlic of very poor quality. It had to be imported.
I've never had a garlic product, raw or cooked, that left my tongue feeling strange, as if some strange chemical had been added. Then it dawned on me that it was a Chinese product. Amazon, this is a big no-no. If you're going to have your own brands, don't make them in China unless you have a good reason to. I understand that some products are more difficult to work with than others, but garlic granules? Please, no problem, I believe we can have those made in America.
So I went to the store and bought some garlic powder. It is unquestionably less expensive than other supermarkets. However, the flavor isn't as intense as I'd like.
This garlic powder is far superior to ordinary garlic powder. The natural garlic flavor is much stronger. Garlic that has been "granulated" is the way to go. This product, "HAPPY BELLY Granulated Garlic, 24 Ounces," is fantastic.
