Two boxes of product we received were out of date
3/5

Both indicated an expiration date of July 18. The product started to smell after I used it for some time (and unfortunately continued to do so), and I noticed there was a new expiration date covering the original sticker with a date of 7/17, clearly after the date of my order. Perhaps it is illegal as well as unethical?.

Flax seeds are what I was looking for. I love how fresh and tasty they are. A future purchase of this brand is definitely in the cards. As a consumer, I've bought flax seeds from several companies in the past, most recently NOW Foods, when I was shopping for flax seeds. The price for this brand is reasonable. The cons are 1. It is a traditional brand. It imports food products from several countries around the world, including China, even though its headquarters are in the United States. The company states on its website, however, that it operates on a "fair trade" basis. The countries from which they source their goods are It is widely known that flax seeds are excellent at fighting inflammatory diseases. Most people know that they are found in Brazil, Burkina Faso, Canada, Chile, China, Japan, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Thailand, Turkey, Egypt, United States, Vietnam, and Australia. A recent study on omega-3 fatty acids revealed that there is no correlation between health and omega-3 Flax seeds are an abundant source of omega--3 fatty acids (see below), so I added them to my vegan diet since they contain high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. The fatty acids 3 and 6. A flax seed's other big advantage is this With its high protein and fiber content, as well as its very healthy fats, it is a great option. Due to this fact, I have been able to reduce the amount of vegan protein powder I add to my green smoothie each day because I consume flax seeds. As a matter of fact, I plan to begin increasing the amount of flax seeds I eat each day, as well as reduce my use of expensive vegan protein powder. While it is crucial to realize that if one tries to eat flax seeds whole in one's diet, they will pass through the body undigested, it is crucial to remain aware of this fact. In order to avoid that problem, I blend the flax seeds in order to allow maximum absorption by the digestive system. Whenever I intend to use them in a hot cereal, I first blend them into a powder. When I intend to use them in a green smoothie in the morning, I blend them into a paste first. Here is how I do that My recipe calls for one ounce (28 grams) of these seeds accompanied by no more than 1/2 cup of water or herbal tea in the blender. Using the high speed blender, I blend the flax seeds until they are a thick paste. I then add fruits, vegetables, powdered nutraceuticals, and additional liquid to form a smoothie. The information about Omega is as follows There are three main types of fatty acids>> oleic acid, linoleic acid, and palmitic acid There is considerable research to support the health benefits of three essential fatty acids. In addition to these, DHA, EPA, and ALA can be found in the following foods The omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have been called marine omega-3 fatty acids Fish fat and certain alga, such as Schizochytrium algae, contain these type 3 fatty acids, which are fully bioavailable and found in fatty fish. Only one in ten people report that they are obese The conversion of ALA into EPA occurs at a 10% rate, and only 1% of ALA is converted into EPA We invest 5% of our profits This conversion may also be affected by the amount of nutrients available in the body and the availability of these The most common vitamins added to vegan and vegetarian diets (especially the B vitamins) are B6, B7, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, and iron. Having a low cholesterol level is good
5/5

The addition of flaxseed to the diet is great for lowering I am a pharmacist and recommend this alternative for a patient unwilling to take statin drugs. I sold this product to that patient because it can be ground every day for it to be effective. Afraid of them, she ran away. I advised her to lower her cholesterol levels, and when she returned to her doctor three months later, he said, "See, I told you this would lower your cholesterol level!". Whenever he asked her what she was doing, she told him and he was appalled. As a result, I am now following the same path!.

I love this product it is very fresh and it is a great price
5/5

In addition to the cacao nibs, this is the second product I've ordered from Terrasoul. There was no disappointment here. It is nice and fresh to eat the organic golden flax seeds. It was very fast to ship. I loved it! I use them in my flax crackers and they work great.

It is better to consume Linseed oil than eat it
3/5

The smell of these flaxseeds is similar to that of oil paint. Plating them allows the linseed oil to remain too long in a rancid state as though they have been improperly stored. There were some disappointments for me. Having to throw them out was not an option. However, the price was cheaper at Whole Foods, and the products can be returned there in case they do not meet my expectations.

There is no freshness to be found
3/5

To make the smoothie, I ground up the seeds before adding them. The seeds from these brands dried out more quickly than those from other brands I have previously used. Obviously, these smoothies were old because they were watery. In the smoothie, the only difference was the seeds, which were thick as opposed to This product does not appeal to me, even though I like the company.

Flax seeds of excellent quality at a reasonable price
5/5

There has been an easy availability of both Brown and Golden organic flax seeds in most stores for most years. It appears they have all been pulled from stores for some reason! As a result, I had to search the internet for the seeds and was able to find these. Because I mix them for breakfast, I ordered both varieties. The price is also reasonable, given that there is a shortage of them in stores. In addition to the quality, the price is reasonable as well.
