Flaxseeds ground up and mixed with water are my favorite way to eat them. Taking a multivitamin is like taking a vitamin. In my case, it is a digestive issue. The benefits for health are also supposedly a plus. I like the taste of the food overall. There is nothing strong about it, but it has a nutty taste. My previous experience with ground flaxseed is that it doesn't taste as good as this brand. Not that it's a bad taste, just not as good as this brand.
