There is really no point in differentiating them since it is imperative that flaxseed is tumbled without adding heat to it. There are some companies that use the term cold milled as a point of differentiation, but this is misleading since it cannot be anything else! Good morning, my name is Some flaxseed is ground, however not all of it

When I first started eating paleo, I used to buy a lot of flax seeds since I used them to make a lot of bread. Diet based on ketones. The flax seeds need to be very finely ground to be edible to me since I don't have a grinder. This Manitoba ground flax seed is the finest milled seed I have found so far. There is a lovely nutty flavor to the flax and it is powdery and fluffy. Here I have compared it with two other brands I had on hand, Carrington farms (from Costco) and Manitoba won't require the blender unlike the other two, which will need to be blended before it can be used for PK bread. The only issue I have is with the price. It is more expensive than the Costco bag that was twice the size and half the price. For anyone using this for pk bread, this size will make one loaf as well as part of another one.
Here are a few things I thought of trying in This is amazing! It may just be a lucky break and I received a very fresh batch of flax seed meal, but I find it to be the best flax seed meal I've ever Starting each morning with a heaping teaspoon of flax seed meal, a rounded teaspoon of amla powder, a glass of grape juice, and a dash of green tea is what I do to avoid stress and lift my mood. Flax seed meal is so fresh, so rich, I decided to keep as much of it in the freezer as I could to keep it until it is ready. While other brands might be worthy of consideration, and I have purchased several other brands (their quality being about equal) but Manitoba Milling Finest Whole Milled Smooth Golden Flaxseed Flax Seed Powder makes me say, "Wow!" This product is outstanding! In these days of mediocrity, this product is the main thing I turn to for my essentials!
(And I am not affiliated with the company and haven't been paid for any review except for the one for this product.
As a prebiotic supplement, I use this in both of my dogs' food. Their coats have been improved dramatically as a result. Keeping your hair shiny, smooth, and healthy. As well as the skin, I see improvement. Your skin will no longer flake due to dryness. Another benefit I have noticed is that one of my pups has fewer ear infections, likely due to the prebiotics boosting his immune system. It is always fresh and of good quality to get Manitoba ground flax. It's fine for my two pooches to eat it together with their food. Subscribing to automatic payments is something I will keep doing The delivery has been made! Your company, Manitoba Milling Co. , is gratefully acknowledged. I could not be more pleased with this product!.
This texture is so lovely. Despite its fine grind and nutty flavor, this flax meal is one of the best available. While I have been buying a brand I considered superior over others for years, this is by far the highest quality product I have come across. My recommendation for this product is strong.
You just need to be aware that it is a powdery product. There is good news, however, as flavors and textures can easily blend into whatever product is selected for transport. substitute yogurt and granola with honey occasionally. Additionally, I have used coconut milk to flavor fruit juices and cereals. It is very easy for me to blend the flax powder in, no matter what the agent is. Flax seeds are part of some varieties that are finely sliced, just like Chia seeds, so the flavor is more pronounced in those products Additionally, the product has been found to be more easily absorbed in our digestive system. Despite this, I'm very satisfied with the product and will purchase it again due to the price and ease of use.
Absolutely the best flaxseed you can buy! This product is very soft and smooth, making it easy for me to add it to just about anything. I recommend it all the time to my clients as a dietitian/nutritionist. Omega-3 is found in just one serving, which is the equivalent to one day's supply Moreover, it is full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins B3, B6, B7, and C. it is already ground so you can easily reap the benefits of the full nutritional profile.
The Manitoba flax seed I ordered was my first order. Flax seed from this brand is much finer ground/milled than Flax Seed from other brands I've I really like the taste! However, this flax seed is a bit too fine for me. It makes my oatmeal mushy and I wouldn't recommend it. I would probably shop around next time for a flax seed that is coarser, but still tastes just as good.
This was great for adding to smoothies - I couldn't even tell it was there! Yet for a staple item like this that I consume every day, I can buy something very similar at the store for about a quarter of the price (but not quite as good).
