The taste, packaging, and price are great. For all of the things we put in, we like flax seed the best - Bread or other baked goods, cereal, smoothies, and always in bread or smoothies. The nut flavor and fiber it adds is quite pleasant, and its hard to beat Next time you're at a cocktail party, get omega 3 fatty acids (say "fatty acid"! This is my first time using a bag from you and I'm really impressed. So, we won't have to transfer it to another container this saves a great deal of time. I enjoy the flavor and the rest of the family has gotten used to it, so this little bag is a very handy way to add nutrition to our days without much fuss. Flax seed is a healthy food, and ground flax seed is just what you need. In spite of the fact that they look good sprinkled on your bread, your body does not digest whole seeds very well. It goes bad a lot faster if you grind flax seeds than if you buy whole seeds, so if you can't use up the ground stuff very quickly, buy whole seeds instead.

Flaxseed meal is one thing I use from a few sellers and have never had a problem with, but I purchased it from this seller since they were out of stock. I have to pull out one by one from the package the string-like material that is in the seed meal, as well as numerous strands of something similar, as the package contains both. It is not a product I would purchase.

It's smooth because there are two bananas in it. I have lost 70 pounds by changing my lifestyle to "Vegan with Benefits" over the last two years. I have included this product in my diet as part of my balanced The Organic Ground Flaxseed by Premium Gold is priced reasonably and can be added to fruit smoothies to make them even more nutrient dense.

The quality of flax seeds starts to deteriorate when the outside shell of the seed is removed by grinding Grinding should take place right before they are used or eaten. In addition, the bag is large, and I keep it in my refrigerator since it will take me quite some time to use it all, and refrigeration will prolong its effectiveness. I'm sorry I missed the word "Ground" in the product description, but this seems to be an excellent product. Although it is in the title (which is very long), the description certainly did not emphasize it.

While I was skeptical about the quality of it, I still placed my order. As soon as it arrived, I opened it. I am very pleased with it. My first two attempts at making it turned out great, so I may try again. (Kicking and screaming, I admit, I am trying to get back on the low carb wagon. As much as I love pasta and potatoes, I can't live without them. The amount of information is excessive. I can get back on track without breaking the bank with this program.

There is a lot of space in this bag. It's great to find organic, non-GMO flax meal at such a good price. Despite the fact that it says no refrigeration is required, the bag is so large that I placed it in the fridge anyway. This is what I put in my smoothie every morning as a great way to get fiber and to ease the symptoms of menopause. This is a product I will purchase.

The first time I bought flaxseed from this brand, it was a good buy. It was evident that there was a difference in taste, smell, and quality immediately. My experience with this company has been more than satisfactory, and I am willing to continue doing business with them. The fact that they pride themselves on providing quality services is obvious Quality products that are on the shelf. You might want to give them a shot.
