In my opinion, Bob's Golden flaxseed meal is undisputedly the best flaxseed meal in the market when freshly ground. They also contain darker flour, and they're courser and less nutty in taste, not mixing well in yogurt or smoothies, and often sticking to my mouth, something I hate to do. Meanwhile, ground flaxseed gets bad much more quickly than it shows on the label. Flaxseeds are one of my favorite foods. There's something appealing about flax flour for me. I like it even better now. There is a bit of texture to the meal because it has been ground coarsely. This product has a subtle flavor so I can combine a few drops without changing the flavor of the other ingredients and/or use a lot to bring out the flax flavor.

Even cold cereals taste better when flavored with Bob's. It is light and nutty. As an added ingredient to muffins and meatballs alike, it gives them a little protein and nutrition.
