The amount I take is two tablespoons. Every morning I wake up with coffee that has been rough ground in a coffee grinder with a big cup of warm water mixed in. Is with you the next day and gives you some "Nice Ones".
The same as golden flax, but not the same. This product does not grind up as well and leaves a gritty feeling in the fax seeds, such as Bobs Red Mill, have been part of my daily diet for over 15 years.
Among flax seeds, I don't think you'll find one that is more valuable. Add those seeds to your blender along with your other favorite seed (mine is Chia), and blend until smooth. Three tablespoons of this salad have six grams of protein and eight grams of fiber. It will not matter at all if you blend them into a smoothie. A big thumbs up for Bob's Red Mill.

The flax seed is ground in pint batches using a coffee grinder and added to my family's oatmeal in the morning. The taste is great, the water is always clean, and there is no foreign material in it. Organic and non-GMO will always be a priority for us.
I find this to be a delicious and easy way to get fiber into To me, oatmeal is the best way to consume them.
