Due to the pandemic, I did not go to stores during the outbreak, so I ordered it from Amazon. I generally have about two tablespoons of Bob's Red Mill with my yoghurt for breakfast. However, I have become ill with it. Even a single tablespoon of this in the morning causes me to have an upset stomach within half an hour. Usually ground flaxseed goes rancid quickly, but this one is brand new and I keep it in the refrigerator, so I have more than a month to use it before it goes rancid. A deadline of 2021 has been set. Since I cannot return it or refund it, I am throwing it away.
