I'm not sure if this is an expiration date or a manufactured date, but it's less than a year old. I understand that old fenugreek is safe to consume, but it loses its effectiveness over time. I bought this to help with lactation, but I'm not sure if it was a complete waste of money. I was out of fenugreek because it had expired. Very let down.
