Is it necessary to grind this for men's hair regrowth? growth ?
I'm not sure if it's for hair growth or not.
It doesn't say gluten-free on the package, but it does say it was made in a facility that uses wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens, so my guess is that it isn't, but you can always double-check with the manufacturer.

All of this is accurate. It works wonders on my 4c hair, which is very thick and low porosity. It makes my hair so soft, easy to detangle, moisturized like nothing else, curls pop, and everything else. Here's how I put it to work for me: 1 part fenugreek seeds, 1 part warm water, 1 part aloe vera juice, 1 part aloe vera juice, 1 part fenugreek seeds, 1 part warm water, 1 part aloe vera juice, 1 part warm water, 1 2 days later, strain the seeds and spray the hair with them. You can use it to refresh your hair, detangle it, moisturize it, use it as a leave-in conditioner, and so much more. It also has a maple syrup scent to it. You can also make an oil out of it by soaking the seeds in your favorite hair oils for a few days and then using it as a sealant on your scalp and hair. This brand is highly recommended, and it lasts a long time. I bought my first bag in late January and am only now, in August, reordering!.
