There is no way to tell. As far as I am concerned, I use it only to make tea and for my hair.
If we apply this for a men's hair regrowth treatment, do we have to grind it? How do you define growth?
The package does not say it is gluten-free, but it did mention that it was produced in a factory that also produced wheat, nuts and soy products. So I would guess that it will not be gluten-free, but you can always get in touch
As far as I could tell, it appeared real

There is truth in this stuff. This product works amazingly well on my 4c hair which is very thick and low porosity. My hair feels so incredibly soft and easy to detangle, so moisturized like nothing else, curls really pop, and it's DETAILED like nothing else. My method for using it is as follows To make this, mix one part fenugreek seeds, one part warm water, and one part aloe vera juice. Let it soak for 10 minutes. After two days, strain out the seeds and spray the hair with it. If you want to refresh your hair or detangle it or moisturize it, or use it as a leave-in conditioner, you can use it. There's something about maple syrup that smells amazing! Alternatively, you can infuse it into oil by soaking the seeds in your favorite hair oil for a few days, and apply it to scalp and hair to seal it in. It lasts a very long time and I highly recommend this brand. This is my second bag and I'm just now reordering in August! I purchased my first one in late January.
Combining these 3 ingredients in a glass jar (1/4 c, 1/2 c, 1/2 c) and placing it in the refrigerator overnight is how I made a hair spritz with Fenugreek seeds, water, and aloe vera juice. After straining, place the mixture in a spray bottle next day. When I use it (especially on the ends of my hair) every couple of days, my hair feels thicker and sheds less. In order to tone down the odor a little, I added a few drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil into it. There is a strong maple syrup smell to it and I find it a bit overwhelming. Apart from that, I am fine. I am very pleased with this product. The delivery was quick and it works to make my hair thick, strong, and healthy. I bought it for this reason. I definitely plan to make another purchase.
My favorite part of the product is that I soak it overnight and drink the juice along with chewing on the seeds. A perfect brew for lowering your blood glucose levels. The packaging is beautiful, and the quality is excellent! In spite of the fact that I am not the kind to get excited about seeds, it met my expectations. But if you follow my advice, your Glucose will go down and the next time you see your doctor, he will not recommend all those Greek diabetic medicines.
We soaked and blended this overnight and then used it as a deep treatment for our hair. It was left on for 3 hours, washed out and conditioned, then styled as usual without any hair falling out. Leaving a few bits in your hair, but they fall out as soon as possible. This will be the only tool I need from now on!.
I am trying to make hair products that use them. This oil made my hair grow much faster and it helped me make an oil for my hair. In addition to being ground, it can also be infused into conditioners and henna masks. A very effective solution!.
Its fragrance is amazing. I use this before I wash my hair to make a detangler. I blend it with marshmallow root and elm bark and it leaves my hair Having heard that it is more popularly consumed, I will endeavor to consume it as soon as I get the chance.
It helps me control my sugar levels for type 2 diabetes when I take one spoon with a meal.
It was recommended that I order this product after researching its hair growth/ thickness benefits. In addition to its use with organic oils, I also use it with Prior to using the fenugreek, I did not cook it or soak Despite its scent, I do not mind it. From reviews I read, it was said to have an unpleasant smell. Like curry and other warm spices, it reminds me of an Indian dish. To heat my fenugreek seeds and oil, I placed my glass container in a pot of My oil mix smelled fine, however I have yet to use it. I'm unable to comment on the effectiveness of the oil mix with respect to hair growth and thickness. As of now, I have no allergic reaction nor have I experienced any itching, rashes, or other symptoms associated with the product. In accordance with the label, this is an organic product. This package does not reseal, so it is only one of the drawbacks. To preserve its potency and freshness, I had to develop a way to seal the oil so that it will be fresh when I make another batch.
