I requested powder, but instead received seeds. I still have them because it was not a returnable item.
The item arrived in good working order and in the condition described.
I haven't used it to bake with, but I have used it in hair products; this product has a pleasant sweet scent that reminds me of maple syrup, and it left my hair smelling like a light and sweet maple syrup. I took advantage of my strength.

There is a faint odor, but nothing to be concerned about. It promotes hair growth and is extremely beneficial. Since June, I've made a deep conditioner and growth oil, and my hair has grown 2 inches!.
I ordered this because the description said it was fenugreek powder, but when it arrived, it turned out to be seeds, which disappointed me. Because I won't be able to return it, I'm giving it one star in the hopes of crushing it into a fine powder and hoping that no one else orders it thinking it's powder.
My skin on my face is rough because I used to suffer from acne and still get pimples. I made a paste with fenugreek powder and olive oil, which I applied to my face for an hour before washing off. My skin felt silky smooth and supple almost immediately. The next morning, I used the leftover paste as a cleanser to wash my face, and to my surprise, my face looked much clearer than it had the day before. This is the best result I've ever had from a facial product! I've been using the paste for four days and I'm in love with my skin. It's not proactive, murad, clean and clear, biore, or anything like that. I'm really looking forward to seeing how clear my skin is in a month!.
I placed an order for powder and received seeds instead. They're a little more difficult to deal with. In any case, when I used them to make a moisturizing spray, I didn't notice much of a difference in my hair. And I'd had enough of smelling like celery or stale maple syrup. So I just infuse olive oil with Ayurvedic powders. This softens my hair and serves as a great pre-shampoo treatment. poo.
