Now is the time to order
5/5

I really like these. I take 2 tbsp a day, soak it in water the night before, and use the next day, and I swear I can smell the maple coming off of my body after only 2 days of consumption; it's not overpowering, but a nice subtle scent mostly under my arms; I haven't used deodorant after a shower because I don't need to because I smell so sweet right now; I just bought more!.

Whole Fenugreek Seed I paid $15 for three packs
5/5

00 was spent, but only one pack was received. Amazon and the seller, on the other hand, quickly resolved the issue. I ended up keeping one of the three packs I received. This is why I gave it a five-star rating. Fenugreek is a versatile herb that I enjoy using in a variety of ways. I drink it as a tea and use it on my skin (face) and hair.

It's delicious and fresh, but proceed with caution
5/5

To begin, look up the numerous health benefits of fungreek on the internet. Second, unlike other spices, fenugreek is difficult to work with. These tiny seeds are as hard as rocks, so unless you want to ruin your spice grinder, I strongly advise you to use fenugreek according to my instructions: To begin, fenugreek is a legume (so, if you have a sensitivity to beans and legumes, you should take a beano or similar supplement before consuming fenugreek). If you want to reap the benefits of raw fenugreek seeds, you should eat them raw. Put 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds in a 2 cup or so container, add 1/2 cup boiling water, and steep for an hour. Place steeped fenugreek in the fridge overnight, covered, and you'll have some lovely, slightly chewy, less bitter fenugreek to add to soups and stews or eat by the spoonful as a health supplement. When you add hot water to fenugreek, you'll notice that it not only softens, but also sprouts little tail-like sprouts. buds, giving them a middle-of-the-road feel. sprouts, and they're very easy to digest. br>br>If you want to fully sprout fenugreek, there are many techniques available on the internet. br>br>If you only want to sprout this fenugreek, I'd say it's highly sproutable because even boiling water didn't stop the seeds from sprouting little sprout ends. Warning: br>br> If you 'toast' fenugreek, it will stink up your house to high heaven, and it will take days and days to get the odor out. If you are planning on selling your home, toasting fenugreek is not a good idea! br>br>Anyway, my husband despises fenugreek, while I adore it. Fenugreek seems to be one of those spices that people either love or hate. Finally, this fenugreek is of excellent quality, is fresh, and can be sprouted! br>br>Congratulations on your fenugreeking success! lol.

After 2 hours in the water, they're ready to eat
5/5

Some fenugreek seeds (such as those from Spicy World) must be soaked in water for 12 hours before they are soft enough to eat. Other brands of fenugreek seeds (such as Starwest Botanicals brand) only require 1 hour of soaking in water before becoming soft enough to eat. This particular brand of fenugreek seeds (Frontier brand) must be soaked in water for about 2 hours before they become soft enough to eat. My fenugreek seeds from Frontier did not germinate. There was no black sand [not edible] at the bottom of any of the three bags of fenugreek seeds for this brand, whereas I saw black sand when I bought Starwest Botanicals brand.

The seeds were fine to eat and use in tea (fenugreek is bitter and astringent)
3/5

The seeds were fine to eat and make tea with (fenugreek is bitter and has a taste similar to black licorice). They did not, however, sprout in my case. I've tried twice now, and I'm going to try again (one more time). I'm not a novice because I've sprouted other seeds before. I'm not sure why they aren't sprouting, but it's a major issue because I wanted to sprout as well as eat them. If I am successful in sprouting the next batch (package), I will post an update.

For two bags, it's a good price
4/5

For two bags, it's a good price. Fenugreek seeds were purchased for use in a hair mask. (in order to keep gray hair at bay) My hair becomes tangled as a result of this. The odor bothers me a little. It has a musky maple scent to it. I'm stumped when it comes to Fenugreek seeds. I was looking for a way to keep gray hairs from appearing on my head when I came across Google Search. Fenugreek seeds, according to the website, can help slow the onset of gray hair. The only reason for this is that.

fulfills its function I purchased fenugreek seeds as a nursing supplement because they were much less expensive than any nursing tea available
5/5

I've been using them for a few months now and have been able to breastfeed my child exclusively. I put a teaspoon of seeds in a cup and let them steep for 2 minutes. Drink four times a day. I eat the seeds as well when they become soft. I found the tea and seeds to be quite bitter at first, but after a few days, I became accustomed to them and now enjoy them, especially when combined with raw honey.
