Questions & Answers

How do you germinate fenugreek seeds?

Soak for 24 hours in water, then rinse three times until the rinse water is clean. Drain the seeds and place them in a sprouter or a shallow flat dish to sprout. They're ready to eat after 24 hours of being covered and sitting on the counter. To store sprouts that haven't been eaten (I try to make 5-pound batches), place them in the refrigerator. 7 days' worth at a time), place in a dish, cover with a paper towel, and store inverted so that the paper towel is on the bottom. They'll keep sprouting in the fridge, but at a slower rate.

Is it true that these seeds can aid in the thickening of your hair?

I only ordered it because a YouTuber recommended it for hair. You must mix 1 tablespoon of seeds with 8 ounces of water and drink the mixture the next morning.

What Are The Advantages Of Making Use Of This Product?

I had a fantastic night's sleep. If you find yourself waking up at the magical 3:00 a.m. on a regular basis, Every night at or around 15 a.m. It's the detoxification of your liver. Sugar's by-products are detoxed by the liver and released into the bloodstream. It works in the same way that caffeine does in terms of waking you up! (To understand the byproduct in the liver that enters the bloodstream as waste, see "Sugar the Bitter Truth" lecture) the fenugreek seed or you can buy ground up capsules to take before bedtime. dxreduces the by-product caffeine effect, which is known to wake up a lot of people. People in their 30s and 40s are the majority. As we grow older, we are more likely to encounter this. This is something I'm going to buy so that I can grow my own. However, to begin, purchase the capsules. Before going to bed, take this supplement.

What is the best way to use this? in salads, or as a seasoning for other foods?

They can be eaten straight from the bag or softened in boiling water and added to oatmeal or other dishes. I haven't tried using them raw in salads or other dishes, but I suppose you could. They germinate quickly, so you can start growing your own plants right away. I did this to get a better idea of how a Feenugreek plant looks.

Seeds and stones, respectively: Hello there, everyone
3/5

br>This was my first time experimenting with fenugreek seeds. Despite hearing about some stones that people had discovered there, I decided to purchase this brand. br>Overnight, I soaked two table spoons in water. br>The seeds sprouted the next day and tasted fine, but I chewed them very carefully to avoid any stones. There were plenty of them! You must chew very slowly if you do not want to risk breaking your teeth. I gathered all the stones I could from two table spoons, which amounted to about a quarter of a teaspoon. Until they've sprouted, they look exactly like the seeds. I made a photo album. The seeds, on the other hand, are fantastic. However, this is a significant product drawback.

My hair has grown a lot and is extremely thick. It's been about 6 months since I started using it.

Non- GMO, excellent value, high in iron, and pain relief
5/5

I love this and use these seeds for pain relief (after soaking in water overnight to maximize effectiveness) and anemia treatment (high in easily-absorbed iron). iron taken up). To get the most benefit from the seeds, they should be roasted or soaked. They swell nicely and are, in my opinion, quite tasty as is, resembling wheat berries but not quite as chewy. You can make flour out of roasted seeds. You can eat the soaked ones on their own or mix them in with other foods. Pancakes, cookies, soups, and salads are some of my favorite ways to use them. Vegans and vegetarians should pay special attention to this information. Anemics - These are a powerhouse when it comes to iron absorption. I soak 3/4 cup in chlorine-free water overnight and sprinkle it on my food throughout the day - I enjoy the texture of soups, salads, and even just plain food.

It's a fantastic product! How to Eat Fenugreek Seeds Without Breaking Your Teeth: The product is exactly as described and comes in a well-made resealable pouch of above-average quality
5/5

br>br>According to a number of negative reviews, the seeds contain rocks. This is incorrect; however, a seed that has not been softened is nearly indestructible and will break your teeth. br>br>To make them all soft enough to eat, follow these steps: br>In a coffee cup, place 1/4 cup of seeds. Fill a half-cup measuring cup halfway with boiling water and pour it over them. It's not just hot, but it's boiling. Ensure that all of the seeds are submerged in the water. If you want to add some sweetener or flavoring now is the time to do so. I use "SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Liquid Stevia Sweetener" in a variety of flavors, including cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, peppermint, and others. br>Cover and set aside for 15 minutes (if you hurry, some hard seeds may remain). br>Have fun with it!.

Hair growth is a breeze! I use this as part of my hair regimen, and I believe it has aided in the growth of my hair
5/5

However, because it's similar to a protein treatment, use caution when using it in your hair regimen. If you use your hair too much, I will dry it out. The bag holds a lot of stuff and is well worth the money.

In my bag, there are stones (or other hard parts)
3/5

Fenugreek is one of my favorite herbs, and I've been using it for a long time, but this product contains several hard ones (or stones?). ) in it. I soak my seeds overnight and eat them first thing in the morning, but these are so hard that I nearly break a tooth every day. I'm not sure why this is taking place. They all appear to be the same, but some of them are as hard as rocks (or perhaps tiny rocks). It's a shame because I had high hopes for these.

The best sprouts we've ever seen from any fenugreek seeds we've purchased
5/5

We eat a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds every morning after sprouting them. These seeds have the highest percentage of viable seeds for sprouting of any fenugreek seeds we've purchased, and the sprouts are the strongest we've ever seen. br>br>And, yes, there is a math problem on the back of the package. The problem is beyond my comprehension, but if you can solve it, you'll be eligible for a prize far greater than the free package of fenugreek seeds on offer. That's a great idea!.

Maple syrup is a type of sugar that comes from maple trees My son and I have destroyed our family's maple syrup supply! We would just add them to different foods or grab a handful after I sprouted them without soil (you can find videos on YouTube)
4/5

We sweated maple syrup and peed it! We had a strong maple syrup odor. It could've turned out a lot worse. In tea, sprouted, and any other form of consumption, they are extremely bitter. It was easier to eat them when they were blended with other foods. I'll eat them again, but not on a regular basis.
