Spices are large and whole for a perfect blend

These are the ingredients I used to make pickles (frozen, canned, and fermented). I like the large size of the whole spice and seeds, as well as the "torn" spices. I love the smell. It is so vibrant and fresh. I've made one batch of it and I found that it tasted good and was a thin flavor as opposed to what we've The pickles in this would be ideal for those who prefer a softer flavor.
