Questions & Answers

Could you please offer some advice to someone who has never cooked with clove before? Is it a bad idea for someone who has a fear of spicy foods?

I'm in the process of boiling When I'm out of clove oil, I mix it with coconut oil and apply it to my teeth. The coconut oil aids in reducing the heat. I'm sure you can use coconut oil in the same way when it comes to cooking and baking. This spice, which is also mixed with other spices as mentioned in the description, I believe goes a long way with a little bit. You're not going to want to use 1/4 teaspoon or anything like that. If I'm using it in a recipe, I use a pinch more.

Where did this come from?

The firm appears to be based in Iowa and sources spices from all over the globe. You can learn more about them by going to their website. Both organic and non-organic options are available. They have excellent spices.

Are these made from natural ingredients?

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the subject. It is stated on the label.

Is there a glass bottle available for this product?

Yes, the bottle is made of glass.

Good product at a reasonable price, and it claims to be "sterilized using the most advanced technology
4/5

" Good product and service at a reasonable price. The label claims that the product has been sterilized using cutting-edge technology, which is good to know (Several years ago, one of my pharmacy journals published an article warning about the risk of bacterial contamination in spices, which were not inspected or regulated by the government at the time and came from Third World countries notorious for poor sanitation. Spices come from Third World countries that are notorious for poor sanitation. Knowing what's "out there" makes me feel unsafe. I'm no longer a pharmacist, so I'm not sure if there is any government agency that inspects or monitors spices these days. I sincerely hope so!.

I find it to be effective
5/5

I bought this to make a cold remedy with honey, ginger, and mullin, and it seems to be pretty fresh compared to other spices I've bought online that didn't have as much of a smell or taste. My homemade cold remedy appears to be effective; in fact, I believe it is superior to store-bought remedies.

Price, quality, and flavor are all excellent
5/5

I adore clove, but I despise having to grind the entire head. Cloves that have already been ground are usually very expensive, so this is a fantastic find. The flavor, quality, and cost are all outstanding. It, along with other spices, are used to make toothpaste. 5 Spice is fantastic in potpourri and, of course, Chinese cuisine.

It's nice and flavorful, and it's nice and fresh as well

I don't have to grate cloves anymore because they're finely ground. They're not just for baking; I like to sprinkle some on vegan ham slices and cook them with a little butter and pineapple or pineapple juice.

What a wonderful aroma and flavor this clove has. I also purchased the Vietnamese cinnamon, which is incredible. I will be purchasing more seasonings from them in the future.

It's delicious
5/5

These cloves are one of my favorites. Out of a shaker, this is the most fresh I've ever had. One issue is that the ground nutmeg has a hard time coming out of the smaller holes in the shaker; you'll need to spank the shaker's bottom. That's a good sign.
