Questions & Answers
The Spice Way, LLC manufactures the spices in Van Nuys, California. They appear to be Asian in origin. They're fantastic.
Because Spice Way claims that all of their herbs and spices are grown on their farm, I assume the cloves are grown in Israel, which is where their farm in Beit Lechem Haglilit is located.
It just means it was processed on the same equipment as those things; it's just an allergy warning; none of those things are listed as ingredients.
Van Nuys, California is a city in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

This product is fantastic because it is finely ground and quickly dissolves in hot and cold drinks, yoghurt, and baking batter. Hand mixing is sufficient; an electric mixer is not required. The flavor is very strong. This will go a long way because there isn't much that needs to be done. br>Delivery was very quick. This is something I'll buy again and highly recommend!.
Freshly ground, no lumps, and packaged in a reusable bag, this product smells great. The company's CEO wrote me a detailed welcome letter that included instructions on how to determine the authenticity of a spice and stated that I could contact him directly. That's unusual, but it's a nice touch. May God bless him as well as his company. I believe I will enjoy cooking with and brushing my teeth with the spice.
So far, I've used it to enhance the flavor of tea blends, beef stews, pumpkin pie, and ginger cookies, and the results have been fantastic.
The addition of ground cloves to my baked goods is one of my favorite things to do. I looked in several grocery stores in my area and was never able to locate any. Cloves in baked goods are delicious, in my opinion.
When I opened the package, I noticed that the seal was broken. Because the package wasn't zipped shut, the spices spilled out all over the place, as you can see in the photo. It hasn't been protected against contamination or humidity, which is a huge letdown. br>br>Apart from that, it smells great and arrived on time.
The service was excellent, but the spice was a complete letdown. It doesn't have the same scent as real cloves. The glowing reviews drew me in, as did the fact that I had just purchased this brand of Ground Cumin, which is outstanding. This ground clove, on the other hand, smells as if it has been diluted or camouflaged by another ingredient. I've used it twice now, and both times the results have been less than ideal. If you want to cook well, buy a different brand, or, as the French would say, "acheter une autre marque. " "It's going really well!".
As you can see, this brand of cloves is light in color and has a light scent and flavor. One year later, the product on the right is still rich, fragrant, and flavorful. The Spice Way cloves will be returned to you.
This is my first time using this brand, and I'm very impressed with the quality and freshness. It is outstanding! I also bought some of their nutmeg. I would strongly suggest it.
