It doesn't specify, but USDA certification does not imply that the product was grown in the United States. Whole Foods carries USDA-certified organic frozen vegetables grown on "organic" Chinese farms. Third-party inspectors are used by the USDA to verify our sources.
Cloves are high in manganese and contain small amounts of vitamin C and vitamin K. They also have an antiseptic, anesthetic, and antioxidant chemical called eugenol in them. I hope this has been of assistance.
We purchased a package over a year ago, and it will expire at the end of this year.
The expiration date of a product will vary depending on when it was packaged, just like other things.

It's safe to say that whole cloves, which I use in baking and tea, aren't unfamiliar territory for me. I noticed right away that Anthony's whole cloves smelled different, and not in a good way, when I opened the bag. I got a strong curry vibe from the scent. The scent of a new bag of whole cloves is divine. Anthony's cloves have an odd smell to them that I'm not used to. Be wary.
The items do not match the seller's description. old,br>smells stale,br>small,br>looks stale,br>lost cloves headbr>a lot of broken pieces.
So I read a study about lab mice that were injected with lung cancer not sure what forms he forms as I cant remember however Eugonol the% This tea helped me get rid of my smoker's cough; it's not completely gone, but it's a lot less severe. (I used to smoke marijuana) I now only consume cannabis when absolutely necessary. This is also a temporary soother for acid reflux, which I suffer from.
I have yet to open the package. To keep moths and insects away from my clothes, I usually use whole cloves. It has a more pleasant odor than moth balls and is non-toxic.
The cloves have a strong flavor and aroma, so I use them in cooking and in my tea or coffee (raw or ground). The smell is strong, and chewing them keeps your breath fresh for hours while also controlling harmful bacteria in your mouth. This is a product that I wholeheartedly endorse.
I was taken aback by the price, which seemed almost too good to be true. I use these small, highly aromatic cloves in incense making because the scent is simply irresistible when they are freshly ground. Not some old, dried-up cloves that have been forgotten for a long time. This is the top of the line.
Very good quality. It's healthy and delicious. To make tinctures and cook with, combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pain relief and dental health are two of the benefits of this herb. Excellent anti-oxidant.
I've always liked Anthony's products. I grind my cloves by hand, a little at a time, to preserve their health benefits and flavor. I've bought a few of their flours and found them to be of good quality; however, the bags don't seal well, so be careful or you'll end up with flour all over the place; I keep the extra in the freezer. The bag is made of paper on the outside and has a plastic lining, which I am wary of because of recent information on plastic. The product and pricing are excellent, far superior to those offered by competitors, making this an excellent purchase.
