There is no comparison. Urfa peppers have a dark color like chocolate and a smoky flavor, little spicy, I sprinkle them on salads. Aleppo peppers have a red color and have a sweet flavor with a little kick of spice.

It's very versatile and tastes great

I bought it because it seemed interesting to me and I was curious about it. Those were the best days of my life. There are so many dishes it will work with. It goes well with tons of different sauces too. So far, my favorite way to use it was when I baked fish filets before applying it. It also has a nice spice to it. It was mild but with a nice touch of heat to me, which I enjoy in very hot spicy food. The weather was hot according to my husband. I really enjoy the taste of this dish, and it doesn't make me feel excessively hot.

Urfa Biber was my first introduction to her a few years ago during a street fair. A relative mild chili pepper with notes of raisin and smoke, Urfa Biber is very mild in flavor. I had to stop using my regular source as a result of Thanks to this seller, I found what I was looking for. I measured out some dried pepper flakes, and they looked fresh (yes, they were My purchase did not show any quality issues, and I am pleased with it.

I baked them slowly to prevent mold so they were not too wet when I ate them. As usual, these were delicious but some of the flakes were quite moist.
