The cayenne pepper is one of my favorite spices it adds a lot of flavor to my recipes. The seasonings/spices seem to be of very high quality and I haven't encountered any disappointments. The food is strong and flavorful with the right amount of kick. These come in a shaker style container with a capacity of 16 ounces/1 pound. I cannot bring myself to buy the small containers when it is a seasoning we use almost daily.
