The volume is 2 ounces. (from Canada) A healthy, kosher snack of caraway seeds from Food To Live. In order to make onion rye bread (refer to below), you will need 2 tablespoons of them, so it only makes sense if you will make this bread frequently to stock up. There is no need to spend outrageous price on spices at the grocery store when you can get this product at a very reasonable price. The onion rye bread that I made was from the recipe on the back of the Bob's Red Mill organic dark rye flour bag. There are dozens of rye bread recipes in baking cookbooks, but none of them have stuck with me. It was a great recipe! All of them (wife, in-laws, In my experience, I also purchased their flour on Amazon and found it hard to beat the price when I purchased four 22 oz. bags.

It is easy to reseal this bag, and I like it because it is high-quality, at a great price, and good for dried fruits. The brand is a win for me, and I use it regularly.

I love them. The sweetness should not be too overwhelming. I don't think they're very economical the way I like to eat them. This is probably one of the better dried strawberries (not dehydrated) on the market.

The seeds are fresh and nice I'm very pleased with the price and the amount of product offered in the package It will last forever. The freezer is a good place to store the food.

As far as same-day shipping goes, I think this was the best deal. This was almost as affordable as the spice containers with smaller caraway seeds as the other bulk sizes were just too big for the casual cook.
