The value of the product cannot be matched. This is my second purchase of this item. You have to pay 10 times more for little jars of caraway seeds at the grocery store. The Caraway seeds from Indiana Hill Farm are great in my house. My rye bread came out so good! The whole beans are ground up in a coffee bean grinder and I use them. I found them to be very fresh and they stayed that way It is definitely worth a try!.
