When you open it, how do you do ?

By pushing the green cap on top all the way up and then back down, you can open the container. You can then adjust the holes on the shaker top by sliding the cap up or down. It needs to be moved all the way down to be closed.

Which salt is the original Hereamare Salt and the ?

Herbamare Salt isn't herbal salt, if you want herbal salt, you can get it at Herbamare Salt. The way I see it, I use it for everything.

I use this item when I need add a bit of salt

It has a flavor that is hard to explain, but it is very good. Despite the fact that it is not overpowering, it just adds the right amount to a bland or otherwise uninteresting item.
i have recommended it to all my friends.
They also have a spicy version, which is my new favorite*, and when I want just a mild kick, that's what I use. For example, I might add a kick of spicy to a bowl of white rice, or if I want it more mellow, I may just use the regular variety. Basically, it is sea salt that is finely ground, and I love it. The product is excellent. Give it a shot.

I had purchased this product in Switzerland and really liked it as an alternative to just salt. I decided to get it in a smaller size in order to have it on the table The flavor it adds to various dishes is appealing to me It doesn't matter what ethnicity you are. This is a program I would highly recommend.

Product is the same, but the name has changed. *Amazon still has its old picture on its website with the Through online search, I discovered that it is the SAME great product, now under a different Amazon, thank you for coming to the rescue with replacements. It would be best if Amazon changed the pictures to avoid confusion.

You will love it, but you will need to be aware that it is a very tiny four. I initially thought it was a larger standard size bottle, but it's back to a 4 oz. The full size bottle that's twice the size of this one is more than a dollar cheaper.
