Johnny's Seasoning Salt, No Msg, 42 Oz

The formula changed, despite that. In the past few years, I have gone through a 5-pound bucket of it that I bought at a restaurant supply store. The company that made MSG ceased making it, so you can't get it anymore. For my own peace of mind, I contacted the company. Due to this, I was forced to use no-MSG products. There is no need for the no-MSG powder because the original formula does not have sugar. The MSG I purchased I mix myself with the rest of the ingredients I bought. There is no doubt that the 42oz container is the best value. As good as the original, it's the next best thing. I have to take away 1 star from them for.

My friend's house served me prime rib and I decided to try this product. This is the only seasoning he uses. This is what I tried on my own prime rib and liked a lot. As I have yet to use it on other foods, I am looking forward to doing so. Here is a word of advice From the photograph, you can't tell but the container the product comes in is extremely-large )Great value for the price, but at my age, I won't need to repurchase!.

I am very pleased with what I found My favorite brand of season salt has always been one that begins with "L", but this is my favorite. Not only is it better, but it comes in twice as much as the other brand, and it has a shaker top so I don't have to transfer it to another am cooking for a family of three and this is going to take quite some time.

Even though it is a no-MSG version, it is much less effective than the traditional seasoning, which has become very hard to find In spite of this, I recently discovered that Johnny's Fine Foods is still selling genuine, original MSG in 5-pound tubs for a very reasonable price. I immediately purchased two tubs, so I'm going to start cooking the meat and veggies right away!.

I keep Johnny's in my pantry as a staple. My life would be incomplete without it, as dramatic as it may sound. Upon moving to California from Washington, I found out they aren't sold here either. Up until I found out I could buy it on Amazon, I was extremely DISTRAUGHT about buying it. As a result of the negative reviews and the lack of care with some people's delivery, I was skeptical of ordering it, but I took the leap of faith anyway It would have been nice for the box to have had a cushion to protect the bottles from sliding around. However, they arrived fully intact and intact. It was a pleasant surprise to find the box had no leaks or spills. The two bottles will last me for quite a while, and they are only $14 apiece. It is an absolute steal to pay $99 for a 42oz Bottle. If I run out of this, I will definitely buy more in the future!.

I have been using Johnny's seasoning salt for at least 25 years, and I cannot tell any difference between the old seasoning and the new "no MSG" seasoning. It can be used on everything, so try it on.

It didn't come with a lid to dispense it. My only issue is that I didn't manage to get a bottle with a porous cap under the cap - I'd like to give this five stars First time this has ever happened to me It was also the first time since moving that it wasn't available in a local store before or after. We were traumatized by the idea that we had used up our bottle and would need to It is too small for everything else so I only get fine grain out. So I tried another container we had, but it was too small so I only got fine grain As can be seen by the dust under the cap, this bottle was thrown away.
