The fact that it is organic and fair trade is appealing to me. My decision was based solely on its Amazon Choice label, but I am very disappointed with the product It does not look like the peppercorns are mature or healthy since the seeds are small and brown. It is sometimes impossible to hold them because they crumble. The fragrance does not smell like peppers, and the taste is not as it is supposed to be. There's no way for you to return them for a refund, that's particularly disapointing to me. If I have a negative experience, I am unlikely to purchase food items again.
