They do, but not on all of the food items they sell. If you type in food and ebt eligible, it will return results for that food with ebt eligible items. Although not all of the items that appear are eligible, there are usually a few choices. (It's important to scroll through because they might have a cheaper option.) If you accidentally put something in that isn't covered, they'll let you know. You can't put it in the cart with other items because it doesn't yet support both types of payments.
Selected User Reviews For Old Bay Seasonings Blackened, 1.75 oz
For us, this is ideal. We love Old Bay, but this is a fantastic alternative. We use a lot of to. Making Blackened Ranch dressing for dips is one of our favorite uses for it. The size of the seasoning was an oversight on our part, rather than the seller's. It's not quite as big as an Old Bay tin would be. Make certain you're aware of the quantity being offered.
Just a reminder that, while the picture appears to be the same size as regular Old Bay sold in stores, it is actually much smaller, weighing in at 4 oz. This is just one example. Even though it is accurately listed and not in any way misleading, it threw me off because I had no idea what the store size was when I ordered for comparison. Based on the size and your preferences, you'll probably need more than one for an entire prime rib. Good product, but poor value for the price.
Old Bay, we apologize for the inconvenience. Leave the blackening to Paul Prudhomme and New Orleans. I love your traditional seasoning; it's the best. This one isn't going to work out. Tonight, I used it on some gorgeous halibut, and the fish held up admirably. What's the deal with the blackening concoction? Not in the least.
The flavor is excellent. Although the blackened portion isn't as strong as I'd like, it worked well on wings. Given the cost-to-size ratio, I'll look for something else next time; this may appear to be a small sample size.
This is the first Old Bay product that I don't think you should buy. It has a bad flavor. I usually use Old Bay, which has a low salt content. Old Bay is well-known for its flavor. I'm not sure what they use in the Blackened version, but the flavor is not to my liking. This version can be skipped if you prefer the regular version.
In and of itself, Old Bay is fantastic, but for that authentic New Orleans flavor, this Blackened seasoning is ideal. It's also extremely difficult to come by where I live.
This seasoning isn't used in my seafood preparations. It gives it a fantastic flavor and is also excellent for chicken. Cornish hens look fantastic when this is applied to them. If you have time, coat the food and chill it for several hours or until you're ready to cook it. I won't be able to cook without it; it's fantastic.
