I adore mine and was just looking beneath it when I noticed, which I plan to put to good use by March 2011! It's still fantastic, but I'm going to treat myself to a new one and give one to each of the kuds. It's the answer to life. Use it on everything except ice cream.
I don't think it's spicy in the least, but I'm biased because I'm Mexican. Despite the pun, I think it's an excellent seasoning. It is, however, lacking in salt, and I do not believe it is spicy. I've also seasoned ribs and steaks (tomahawks, prime rib, new yorks, etc.) in addition to chicken.
The following is taken from the label: Other spices include onion, sea salt, garlic, and a long list of others. Detail: 1/4 tsp. 65 mg of sodium

BBQ masters don't always want to clean up after themselves. Chefs in the kitchen occasionally crave something delectable, quick, and easy. This seasoning pleases everyone and is quick and easy to prepare for a group of six or a single person. Try a taste test on a single piece of chicken, in my opinion. It's possible that it'll suffice on its own. Others may prefer a light dusting of ground red pepper. I must admit that I prefer it. br>br>The red pepper, as packaged, has a mild kick that doesn't overpower the other spices: It's versatile enough to work with onion, garlic, paprika, orange peel, and other ingredients. MY 7-MINUTE DINNER consists of the following ingredients. We've already prepared large quantities of penne and broccoli (both of which are refrigerator staples that disappear in two days). 3 days). We season the chicken before grilling or pan broiling it in an olive oil-covered skillet. It only takes five minutes, and at the end, we reheat the pasta and broccoli with a tablespoon of butter and mix everything together. br>br>When everything is finished, slice the chicken into bite-size pieces and combine with the remaining ingredients. You can add a variety of other vegetables and toppings to make it even more delicious: Salad dressings and cheese go together beautifully! It easily feeds six to eight people, and it's simple to clean up. br>br>Kickin Chickin is also great on pork, fish, and turkey, but nothing beats it with chicken, broccoli (or another green), and pasta in my opinion. I guarantee you won't be disappointed, and if you feed me, I'll make it for you!.
To appreciate this product, you must enjoy spicy foods, but pair it with a light salad of some sort and you've got yourself a delicious dinner. When my wife prepares this dish and uses this rub, I am in heaven. All of the Weber rubs are incredible, in my opinion. The good burger is outstanding, and Chicago steak is my absolute favorite. Once you've used the steak rub, you'll never need to go to a posh steakhouse again.
I overpaid for it, but I needed it right away and couldn't find it anywhere else. I had bland chicken that needed a kick, and I was willing to pay a premium for it. This seasoning is fantastic, so it was well worth the effort. It has a great flavor and a nice little kick to it.
Don't be fooled by the label; it's not just for chicken! You can use it on a variety of items, including your eggs! It takes ordinary eggs and turns them into extraordinary ones! Have a go at it.
You can use a small amount to give a nice flavor or a large amount to give a nice kick with some spice; I can't handle spicy food, but I can handle this seasoning because the flavors are fantastic. It's primarily used on chicken, but it's also good on other meats and fish. We'll use it on chicken that's been grilled, baked, or fried in a pan. No matter how you prepare it, it is delicious. Weber has outdone themselves with this seasoning, and I hope they keep it in stock for a long time!.
My daughter's favorite recipe for hot wings. br>Ingredients: br>• 1 1/2 tablespoons Weber Kick'n Chicken Seasoningbr>• 1 1/2 tablespoons Weber N'Orleans Cajun Seasoningbr>• 3 tablespoons vegetable oilbr>• 2 tablespoons soy saucebr>• 1 tablespoon cider vinegarbr>• 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings or drumettesbr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the seasonings, oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or a glass dish to keep it warm. Marinade should be added now. Toss to evenly coat.
2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to get the most out of the flavor. Taking the chicken out of the marinade is a good thing to do. Any leftover marinade should be tossed out.
3. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, turning occasionally, over medium heat with lid closed, until chicken is cooked through.
I've been waiting for Weber to put out a large bottle of this seasoning! br>br>I go through a lot of this stuff and use it on everything from meat to fish to grilled vegetables. br>br>Every time I have guests over, the food seasoned with this spice blend is a hit. br>br>If you're worried about it being too hot, don't be. It's flavorful and well-balanced, indicating that Weber did their research on this pairing.
Years ago, when it first came out, I was completely enthralled by it. It's something we use on a regular basis. I had no idea this size was available, or I would have bought it a long time ago. When we run out of this, I'll be looking for a way to re-stock. order . It's a better deal than the smaller bottles in the store or even online, and I won't have to replace it as frequently.
