Is it true that these spices are gluten-free?

Please accept my heartfelt greetings to all the busy moms out there. I read the ingredients on each of the eight Jamie Geller seasonings/spices I bought and can't find anything but pure herbs and spices in them. You should be able to read the labels on each jar and determine whether or not the herbs and spices contain gluten. There is no added sugar in any of the eight jars I have, no mention of fillers, and I've never known cinnamon, paprika, sumac, or other spices to contain gluten.

Are these made in a nut-free environment and are they nut-free?

Although there is no warning about nuts in the facility, the jars are nut-free.

With these spices, I made a delectable meal! The lamb and rice were made with Jerusalem mix, the hummus was made with half sumac and half harissa, the pita had garlic galilee, and the salad dressing had sumac, it was delicious!
