I just received this and used it on three large pork steaks right away. I started with a quick marinade of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and Allegro, then dried them out and generously seasoned the Jack all over. I'll tell you what happens if you reverse sear them. It was one of the most delicious meals I've ever made. My wife licked her plate almost completely clean. My 5-year-old was even able to eat his portion with my assistance. I'm looking forward to putting it on steak in a similar way.
This goes on steaks, chicken, eggs, and guacamole, among other things. It's incredible in every way.
This is what I use for burgers and it's fantastic. Also, over charcoal, it has a great flavor.
