Taco Bell's hot sauce gets a 2 from me, and their fire gets a 3. This fiesta-like seasoning (which I adore for its flavor) gets a 0 from me. Heat gets a 25 out of 10, which may be excessive. If you put straight lemon/lime juice on a scale of one to ten, sour is at least a three. This is what I use, followed by Tabasco or ground red pepper flakes.
Fiesta Lime is one of my favorite flavors. Before someone suggested tajin, I was using this. I sampled takin for the first time. Thank you, but no! Fiesta Lime has a taco seasoning-like flavor with a hint of lime. SO good! I use it in everything from vegetables to chicken to shrimp to steak.

There is an expiration date on my bottles. The date is July 23rd, 21. I'm satisfied with that date because this appears to be a discontinued product.

For the past 5 years or so, Mrs. Dash has been my go-to seasoning blend company, and I can't say enough good things about their products. I gave up drinking a long time ago and began to live a healthier lifestyle. My doctor told me that one of the things I needed to do to get my blood pressure under control was to cut down on my salt intake. Most seasoning blends have a lot of salt in them, which is disgusting. br>br>After that, I was told to look into Mrs. Dash, which I had been using without realizing was already salt-free. So I began looking through their other blends, and I fell in love with the Fiesta Lime blend. br>br>I use it in almost every soup I make, as well as on burgers, sandwiches, and other foods. I used it to make salad dressings and dips, as well as seasonings. Try combining some Fiesta Lime seasoning with a cup of Greek yogurt and letting it sit overnight for a delicious chip dip, taco topping, chili topping, and more. br>br>The chili and lime flavors are perfectly balanced, and it's not spicy, so you can add as much as you want for guests or family members who aren't fans of spicy foods. And, because it's salt-free, there's no guilt, just flavor!br>br>It also pairs well with Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning, so stock up on both. .
So I wanted to get in better shape and cut down on my salt intake, and someone recommended Mrs. Dash Seasoning. I used this seasoning on vegetables, chicken, and meat, and it tasted exactly like Tejahn Seasoning, which is a chili-lime salt blend. There is no taste at all! I'm going back to the basics with my seasonings! This may be a good option for you if you need to limit your salt intake due to high blood pressure or other factors. I don't have any, and I'm perfectly fine.
I'm not sure why, because it's not only a fantastic Mexican seasoning, but it's also incredibly versatile in other dishes; I've used it in stews, stir fries, and, most notably, omelettes. Oh, and Mexican food, of course.
Dash, you're amazing! It's spicy but not overly so, with a slight lingering spiciness. It's especially good with shrimp or chicken. I was glad to find it on Amazon because it's becoming increasingly difficult to find in the grocery store.
Good flavor, a little heat if you taste it straight, but not too hot when dispersed in a recipe. br>I've tried it on shrimp, chili-rubbed pork, and a variety of other dishes. Beans, for example, rice-- It works well and saves you the trouble of having to look for all of the different spices separately. br>If you're on a sodium-restricted diet, It's nice to have something you can grab and use instead of salt when you're living a limited life.
I MAKE A GREAT FISH DIP WITH THIS AND MAYO ON TOP OF CHOPPED FRESH FISH. OTHER THAN THAT, I DO NOT ADD ANYTHING. IT IS VERY COMMON AMONG MY FRIENDS. MANY PEOPLE ASSUME IT'S A SALMON DIP DUE TO THE ORANGE COLOR (WHICH COMES FROM THE CHILI). GOES WELL WITH CRACKERS OR VEGETABLES.
Dash products. I add salt to my food if I desire it. People in my family occasionally require less salt or no iodine salt, so I have that option with this product. br>br>However, it enhances the flavor of everything I cook. It goes well with turkey burgers, fish, chicken, and a variety of other dishes.
This Mrs. Dash flavor is one of my favorites. This is what I use in my marinades and salad dressings when making Mexican dishes. salads. It's got all the seasonings I'm looking for, in my opinion. The salt factor is something I can control. I couldn't find it in any of the local grocery stores. Amazon comes to the rescue in our area. If you enjoy a hint of lime in your food, this is the recipe for you. You can't go wrong with it and everything that comes with it. Mrs. Dash seasonings are, in general, a favorite of mine.
