I'm sure you understand that this is confidential information. Salt, garlic, paprika, and other spices are your best bets from that label. Oh, and there isn't any MSG in this recipe. For over 30 years, I've relied on PP's Magic Blend Seasonings. And I gave up trying to guess and just bought the big containers, leaving Paul to keep his secrets and my cash. If you're not sure, get a small sampler of three. Amazon has 5 oz. bottles. Before you invest in the large containers, check out com and see if you like them. In my spice cabinet, I keep 24oz containers of Meat Magic, Seafood Magic, and Poultry Magic on hand at all times. br>Here you will find (almost) everything Paul has to offer, all at very low prices.
Salt, spices, dehydrated garlic, paprika, and dehydrated onion are among the ingredients listed on the canister's ingredients list. All-natural, gluten-free, and free of MSG and preservatives.
The canister's back reads as follows: There's no MSG, no preservatives, and it's gluten-free. Paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper are most likely the spices, based on other recipes. I'm aware that it contains lavender buds, which give it its unique flavor!

Meat Seasoning is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. These spices are fantastic because they are free of MSG and chemicals. When I grill steaks, this is the only seasoning I use. Pork and chicken magic do exist, though. This is the one I use on all of my meats. The only other spice I occasionally use when making gravies is MORTON'S SEASON-ALL. ALL. In a few dishes, such as spaghetti, it adds depth of flavor. Meat magic isn't something you'd find on a plate of spaghetti. I may add a little to it to make it more interesting. With the help of a funnel, I fill the small glass Meat Magic spice jars. This is the item I use the most, along with seafood magic, and vegetable magic. I have 24 oz cans of all three. I only have small glass jars for the rest of them. All of the Magic Spices have been meticulously planned. The spice blends are authentic Acadian blends, full of flavor and made with high-quality ingredients.
Chef Paul's Meat Magic seasoning mix is one of the best. It's something I've been using for about 20 years. It goes well with chicken, ground meats, pork chops, and hash brown potatoes.
I've been using these spices since the early 1980s and have always been pleased with the flavor and have received numerous compliments. They were also used at Steak and Ale restaurants. The seasoning for the blackened redfish was fantastic!.
I love the product and use it on almost all of my meals.
I've been using Chef Paul's Magic Seasonings since the early 1980s, and I used to feel bad about it because it's the closest thing to cheating in the kitchen for someone who enjoys cooking and believes he or she is directly responsible for the quality of food served from their kitchen. But that was then, and now all I can do is be grateful to be surrounded by the magic that Chef Paul has created with all of his culinary experience. Furthermore, now that I have access to larger containers, it makes your time so much more enjoyable because you don't have to limit how much you use them. I've tried almost all of the Magic Seasoning Blends, and there isn't one that I wouldn't recommend to anyone who enjoys a little spice in their life, as well as a good meal. Eat well because life is so short.
This is what I use to season meat and chicken before air-frying them. It works beautifully, and the end result is delectable.
On steaks and burgers, it's especially tasty. Excellent flavor! Paul Prudhomme's seasonings are sold in much smaller jars (if you can find them) for about $5 at local stores. This is a great deal, and the seller was prompt in delivering it.
