McCormick Burrito Seasoning Mix, 1.62 oz

It is available at Walmart, and I have served it for many years. I was in desperate need of it, so I ordered it from Amazon. It was disgusting and inedible. It tasted SALTY, as if the spice mixing machines had broken down. I contacted McCormick, who advised me to return to Amazon. I didn't because I no longer had the entire box of them. They were all thrown away by me. McCormick gets a big thumbs up. They were uninterested in the batch numbers I sent them in order for them to investigate whether or not there was a problem with their quality.

These powdered Enchilada sauce packets are nearly impossible to come by, as other reviewers have pointed out. There are shelves of taco seasonings, but none of the enchilada sauce seasonings. As a result, I was overjoyed to discover these on Amazon. com. The flavor was fantastic, but I don't recall reading anywhere that 8 oz of tomato sauce was required. I'm used to sauce packets that only need to be mixed with water these days. I had two cans in my cupboard, but the whole point of buying the packets was to free up space in my cupboard; I could have just as easily purchased canned Enchilada Sauce.

I've used this product for a long time and it's one of my favorite taco seasonings. Since COVID lockdown, I haven't been able to locate it. br>I bought it and was very dissatisfied with it- It had a faint taco seasoning flavor to it, with a chalky aftertaste--I'm not sure if it was stale or what. It had a good expiration date, but it ruined 2 pounds of ground turkey. I just threw it away!.

Because this item is difficult to come by in many stores, we usually turn to Amazon. br>br>Add to ground beef, wrap in flour tortillas, egg wash, and bake for some amazing non-fried "taquitos"br>br>A go-to and inexpensive recipe. If you serve it with guacamole and sour cream on the side, you'll be in for a treat.

This is so salty that it completely overpowers the other delicious flavors. Is this a problem with the quality assurance system? Or does it usually have a strong saltiness to it? Regrettably, I'll have to return to buying Wal-Mart individual packs. It's Mart's brand, and it's perfectly blended.

Although there is probably too much salt, we add a bunch of vegetables and it turns out to be perfect. It serves two people as leftovers and is a great filler for quesadillas. In addition, the ingredients are much healthier than those found in competing brands. We'd buy several packets at a time for this price.

TO TOMATO SAUCE AND WATER, ADD YOUR PACKAGE. THE TASTE IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN IN A CAN. OTHER POWERED BRANDS ARE AVAILABLE, BUT MCCORMICK IS THE TOP OF THE LINE IN TASTE.

This works well for me because it contains the same flavorful ingredients as the small packets but in a larger bottle. I prefer to buy it this way because I can season the meat to my liking, and because I occasionally cook a small amount of hamburger and other times a couple of pounds, I can easily use what I need without worrying about how many packets I need to buy. I prefer tacos in the summer when the tomatoes and lettuce are ripe, and I get this via subscribe and save, so it is automatically delivered to me as needed. I'm happiest when I can order things online for a reasonable price and have them delivered to my door! This is a fantastic way to buy this product, and I would strongly recommend it.
