After reading the reviews, I decided to give this dried chili a try. The extra flavor left me speechless. The heat is sweet and smoky. The heat is mild in my opinion, but I do enjoy spicy foods. I use them in a metal mesh tea steeping ball in my chilis, stews, soups, and whatever else I can think of. easy. They're fantastic. Actually, I don't think I'd ever want to be without them.
I needed chipotles for a recipe and couldn't find any in my area, so I ordered them from Amazon. These are exactly what I needed, perfectly dried and smoked, a fantastic product that I will purchase again if I require more.
I made a lovely batch of Tunisian Harissa Paste with a dark, rich, smoky, and fruity color, fragrance, and flavor. I'll definitely be purchasing these again! Thank you so much for your fantastic chilis!.
It's important to remember to use caution when grinding these peppers when they're dry. They do not gind in a uniform manner. Some of the pieces may remain large while others shrink. And small fragments can become powdery and float in the air. If airborne particles enter the nose, eye, or lungs, they can cause severe pain. I learned the hard way to wear a (wet) mask when grinding even a single pepper and gloves when chopping soaked or softened peppers. It's well worth the money because the flavor is fantastic.
This is fantastic. They add a nice smokiness to whatever you put them in, and they're not too spicy that the flavor is lost. Rehydrating them is simple, and you can use them in burrito and taco fillings, as well as stir fries. I'll buy them again without a doubt!.
They can be toasted and ground, or they can be soaked in water for Suva. They are far superior to store-bought spices in my opinion. Stale bread isn't something you'd buy. You don't have to put up with stale chilis any longer.
