The vendor places a screw-top cap over the 7oz of Tandoori Masala You can put top jars on the table. The proportions of the ingredients vary, but the contents are similar. The #1 ingredient in some recipes is mustard powder, while in others, cumin is to use the Sharwood brand with mustard as #1, but I can't find it on Amazon.)
Despite its name, MSG is not a thing associated with India. Spice extracts, lemon oil, citric acid, cardamom, e102). Celery is found in this product.

Shadwood used to make a great Tandoori spice mix that they no longer make, so I tried Tandoori Masala as a replacement. This was not a disappointment for me. It was delicious! I loved the chicken from Tandoor! In addition to the vinegar, canola oil, lemon juice, and plain yogurt, a good combination for the marinade would be 4 heaping tsp of Tandoori Masala plus 4 generous tbsp of lemon juice. Incisions should be made in the chicken flesh, and the chicken should.
Reviewers gave this a positive review, so I bought it. I find that the cumin and paprika spice blend tends to be overwhelming in the masala. As a result, the purchase was disappointing. Also from Amazon I purchased tandoori masala made by Frontier, a product that had a much better taste than the Frontier brand. In addition to the larger bottle, there is a smaller bottle as an add-on. If you are simply trying to make tandoori chicken for the first time, I recommend Frontier brand.
To those who do not eat beef, I apologize (hoping not to offend them). My ground beef (lamb) was seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled with onions.
