It's got a great pepper taste

It's a nice addition to food to add a complex flavor. A spice grinder is necessary to grind these because they are very hard. There was no way to grind pepper in my regular pepper mill.

It was ground in a coffee/spice grinder, but I didn't really try it out. I am speechless! I love how spicy this is! A smooth, spicy, smokey taste with notes of cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, and a few others I cannot place, but enjoyed. after several minutes, I can still feel my mouth tingling, I can still smell the aroma in my hand, and I can still taste the flavor. It arrived on time, appeared fresh as far as I can tell, and had a good flavor, with a slightly fruity presence, mild heat, and a long finish.
