Where can I find out whether it contains ?

(This is how the product is made) It does not contain anything but dried unripe mangoes.

Would this work in a smoothie?

In answer to your question, the flavor of dried mango powder may not be a good match with most When you taste this, you'll realize it has the same flavor as Chinese dried preserved plums. The taste may be vaguely tamarind-like. With other spices, it works well in savory dishes with a tart flavor. In palakas, it is one of the ingredients Curd, flour, spices, and fresh herbs are used in the making of flatbreads grilled on a fire. Furthermore, a 16-ounce container is also required. The amount of information is quite substantial. I suggest you buy some dried peanut powder instead of regular peanut butter for smoothies- Besides being great for cooking, it can be used for other purposes

Do you think you can make mango lassi out of ?

Having a tangy flavor, it tastes good. Apricots and mangos are the primary ingredients in an apricot/mango chutney that I just made. Lalsi will become more tangy with a dash of lime.

Allergies are caused by this substance
3/5

It was for making Cholle that I purchased this amchur powder. She has an allergy to this dish and has never had a reaction to it. I noticed only this amchur was new, and I read the back of the label closely and saw that it is supplied on the same machines as those with a long list of allergens, including peanuts (which are far down on In response to the peanuts, my daughter reacted. Her throat closed up as soon as she tried them. That's a scary thought! product should clearly be labeled as potentially harmful to people with allergies to nuts and peanuts.

I have never heard anything but compliments about the meals that I've The food that I've purchased from this company has been excellent, and I haven't had a lot of experience with Indian food
5/5

Among the items I have purchased are Fenugreek Seeds, Garam Masala, Amchur, Asafetida, Among the people he trains work in my husband's firm are people from India. The next time they come to visit me, I like to cook them a few meals. It's either that the meals are great or the staff is extremely polite The reviews they have received so far have been raves. As well as enjoying all my creations so far, I also enjoyed the process. When food is being prepared, the aroma is so amazing that it is impossible not to be hungry when it is.

An indispensable ingredient when cooking Indian food
5/5

The flavor of this ice cream is wonderful! Even though I wasn't sure I needed it, the price was low enough that I was willing to give it a try. When I use it in curry dishes to replace lemon when it's called for, it tastes so much better than lemon. I've put it in chana masala and lentil dishes, and I've put it in dish with lentils. I've been missing something that's been keeping me from being happy. I like that the container was very well sealed, meaning nothing would leak. It arrived faster than I expected too. It is definitely worth checking out!.

Those are the things I use it for
5/5

This is the first time I've used this brand of this product, though I've discovered it many years ago and have used it a few times. It has a slightly fruity taste and a little tang to it. There is neither a salty nor a sweet taste to it. I use it mainly for grilled corn on the cob, although I use it for a few other recipes as well. As you grill the corn with the husk still attached, squeeze or rub on a lime wedge and sprinkle the mango powder on top. The summertime corn on the cob that most of us are familiar with is transformed here into something new and different. It is popular with my teenagers as well.

Quite difficult to locate! An indispensable ingredient when cooking Indian food
5/5

The quality of the spice is excellent and it can be used in Indian dishes. I usually cook at least a few meals in the Indian cuisine each week and this spice is perfect for them! As a flavoring agent in north Indian dishes, amchoor lends a sour taste to the food with a tangy fruity flavor. For example, I use it to flavor samosa and pakora fillings, stews and soups, fruit salads and pastries, chutneys, pickles, dals, and to tenderize meat and poultry.

The Samosas I make are outstanding
5/5

In light of the pandemic, I cannot get my favorite food since my local Indian restaurant doesn't deliver - I miss the taste of Indian food. A samosa and a dish of naan. Buying samosas from Greenwich Village in NY and eating Indian food ever since I first tasted them a century ago are my favorite things to do. A detailed and exquisite recipe caught my attention online, so I gave it a try. It took me a long time to learn about many spices that I hadn't A perfect example of that was this. Wearing this spice would be a pleasure because of its exquisite fragrance. I could smell it in the array of spices alone and can understand its role in them. I got so hungry eating the filling before stuffing and forming the pockets that I could not resist eating it. As I try to find other applications for it, I came up with the following There are other dishes to use it in since it has that complex mango taste. The samosas at the restaurant are no match for my homemade ones.

I found this product, not necessarily this brand, to be a great solution for a salt addict
5/5

It was recommended to me by an East Asian physician in the U. S. The idea was to use this product, in conjunction with lime or lemon, as a way to make non-toxic cleaning solutions Eventually we all come to believe that low sodium food with a salty taste would appeal to those of us who enjoy salt. His argument was that excessive salt is bad for us, something we all hear but often ignore, until it has a consequence we can't ignore. My choice was to try his suggestion, and I have found it to be sound enough to follow on a permanent basis, even though I personally do not experience any health issues associated with consuming a lot of salt. In my opinion, my rating of 4 stars has nothing to do with the quality of the product, which is good enough to merit a 5 star score. Salt is salt, if you know what I mean. I gave this product a very high rating because it is a good salt substitute.

I love it! My own curry recipe book was inspired by mango powder, which is a must-have for most curries, especially kormas
5/5

It tastes sweet when it's added toward the end of cooking, so add it toward the end of cooking to maintain its flavor.
