The ingredients list of several of these would have been useful to me had I read it. If a person with compromised kidneys takes it, they will be very stressed out by the potassium chloride that is added.
I remember my mother using the regular Cavender's Greek Seasoning when I was a child. The yellow container was what I was looking for. The seasoning came into my mind after I was invited to a Greek friend's dinner party and I saw the host use it. This brought back such great memories, and I asked what the difference was, and she answered that it is Sodium intake is something we need to monitor in our family due to a history of heart disease. Upon asking where she bought it, she replied that she bought it from a small Greek grocery shop in Chandler, Arizona. My favorite part of the game was seeing it in mainstream stores like Walmart, Kroger''s, etc. However, a few months ago, it disappeared from the shelves, which was really disappointing. After searching on Amazon, I saw that it was still available to purchase. I think this seasoning is my favorite.
Its pepper content makes it a decent peppery spicy seasoning besides being good for general purposes. This is a very enjoyable tool if used properly. In addition, I combine Mrs Dash salt-free seasoning in it so that my diet is very low in sodium. Be careful, since potassium chloride can become bitter and metallic if used too often. Don't forget to ensure that your electrolytes won't be knocked out of balance if you add in extra potassium to your diet. With my high level of diuretics that tend to wash out my potassium levels naturally thanks to my edema, I take potassium chloride anyway to maintain a healthy electrolyte balance.
How can I put it better than that? With a grin I will say that he loves these seasonings as well. It was our granddaughter who used it first when I had to ask what it was. He liked it so much that I had to ask her. If you like Greek spices, this will be great for you. You can use it for so many meals with oregano, garlic, etc. There are a lot of benefits to salt-free if you suffer from heart problems or lung problems and need to limit salt intake. We keep both kinds in our kitchen and on the table.
This item was made in Harrison, AR, the Ozark Mountains. The sauce is suitable for chicken, steaks, prime rib, and A flavor all its own. It's awesome that there's no salt in it. Although I'm not sure how they get that salty taste without salt, it definitely.
In a way, it enhances the flavor. What an amazing thing. My favorite kind of sea salt is the kind I find on Amazon since the kind I find in the stores comes in yellow containers, which means salt is the main ingredient. I prefer to salt my food one at a time.

I have been a fan for a lifetime. Having been salt-free for the first time, it was a pleasant surprise. The bottle is just as awesome as the yellow one. You can use this recipe for chicken or lamb or anything that needs a boost of flavor. It even gives homemade pizza an extra kick when I put a light coating on it. I really like what you've written.
